ABOUT THE FIRM

Özkan & Partners is a boutique law firm based in Istanbul. Our firm was founded by an experienced professional Emre Özkan. We are a client-centered law firm and we work with the aim of assisting our local and foreign clients with legal matters by understanding their business in its entirety and providing tailor-made legal solutions both with respect to daily legal matters and complex deals.

With a decade of experience, we have worked as prominent legal advisers of companies, financial institutions, startups and individuals from various sectors in wide range of legal areas including mergers, acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, banking, finance, and specific practice areas, such as energy, insurance, employment, data privacy and other regulatory issues. We have diligently represented our clients from different sectors in prominent and complex deal.
