EMRE ÖZKAN
Managing Partner
Emre Özkan, the founder of Özkan & Partners is experienced in corporate governance and domestic and cross-border M&A; in particular mergers and spin-offs, sale and purchase of public and private companies, joint ventures, asset deals and private equity deals. He was involved in some of the significant M&A projects in Turkey. After graduating from Koç University Law School and before founding Özkan & Partners, he worked in leading, well-known and reputable international and independent law firms.

He advises his clients operating in various sectors such as automotive, insurance, media, packaging, cosmetics, oil and gas, food and beverage, retail, e-commerce, technology, energy and industrial manufacturing in connection with their M&A transactions as well as day-to-day corporate law related matters.
There are leading international and domestic clients as well as clients with boutique operations in his portfolio. In each case, he provides legal consultancy services to his clients with a practical and client-centric approach tailored to their particular needs and objectives.

Senior Partner
Selin Özdamar is a driven and skilled corporate and M&A lawyer with a 15+ years' long track record of working for a variety of clients in energy, e-commerce, manufacture & retail, entertainment, logistics, transport, fashion, real estate and banking sectors. She has extensive experience in capital markets law and other regulated markets such as oil & gas. In addition to commercial law, she is advising on employment, intellectual property, data protection and reorganization/bankruptcy laws. She was involved in some of the significant M&A projects in Turkey and the Netherlands.
After graduating from Istanbul University and Humboldt University, she worked in leading, well-known and reputable international law firms and became a partner of an independent law firm.
